The annual awards give connoisseurs the opportunity to support their favourite hotels, chefs, restaurants, pubs and front-of-house teams, with the winners announced in a ceremony hosted at The Alverton in Truro.

Shortlisted alongside The Greenbank, The Longstore and Fletcher’s Restaurant, the Bay Bar’s menu of creative tipples came out on top, hailing a drinks menu that’s been carefully crafted to ensure a lasting impression is left on guests after each visit, and showcasing locally sourced products where possible. Passionate about flavours and textures the award-winning drinks menu boasts a colourful display of classics, twists, spritz and signature drinks. Home to the playful “Gin & Jam” with Tiptree Raspberry Jam, Pinkster Gin, Lemon Juice, Sugar Syrup, the refreshing “The Hugo” with Elderflower Liqueur, Fresh Mint Leaves, Fresh Lime, Prosecco and the warming “Zacapa Mule” with Zacapa 23 Rum, Stones Ginger Wine, Lime, Home-made Spiced Syrup, Ginger Ale.
