  1. When not at our adult-only hotel, you’ll find Daniel...

  2. Number of countries visited...

    39 and counting!

  3. You decided to settle in Cornwall because...

A happy accident? Although I love the beaches and lifestyle, family moved here a few years back and my partner and I followed- we liked it so stayed.

  4. Your favourite midnight munchie is.....

I love pizza when it comes to naughty late night eats. The Stable on Fistral Beach is a favourite of mine washed down with their eye wateringly strong Rapscallion Cider.

  5. If you weren't at Fistral Beach Hotel, you'd be doing...

I'd probably be a primary school teacher still, that's what I was doing before joining the team here!

  6. Some notable Daniel hobbies...

Travel is usually the main focus of my time off, which has been quite restricted lately… I also enjoy walking the South West coast path and I play piano at home from time to time.

  1. Favourite cocktail on the menu is....

Fig old fashioned. I’m not a whisky cocktail fan but this cocktail as a whisky mixer has the perfect balance of sweet/sour and fruit flavour with intense rosemary aromatics. It really makes it an easy cocktail to drink but not without an explosion of flavour in your mouth to surprise the palate.
