Pop out onto the decking, get settled and order your drink from the table. A live DJ set will bring the summer sounds creating an unforgettable vibe. The team will be able to recommend a drink tailored to your wishes or you might already have a tipple in mind. Once your drink is in hand just relax and await the sun’s setting over the horizon – perhaps you’ll see the bewitching green flash.
Drinks
Watch the waves roll in with a cocktail. Grab a window seat inside the Bay Bar or get comfortable outside on the decking and choose from an award-winning selection of drinks. The cocktail menu has been designed to introduce guests to new flavours and styles, but of course, the talented bar team can create a classic on request.
Sample the Fistral staples – Gin & Jam, Rose Garden, Absolute Passion and the team’s favourite The Hugo. It’s an Italian classic with St Germain Elderflower Liqueur fresh lime, mint leaves and a generous pour of Prosecco on top. Other favourites include the Spicy Watermelon Margarita, White Bay and Suitably Fashioned.
The wine menu at Bay Bar is a vino lover’s dream. Choose from orange, white, red and rose as well as a selection of dessert wines for a post-prandial digestif. Or raise a toast to the sunset with Laurent-Perrier La Cuvée Brut Champagne or Wild Life Botanicals Nude ultra-low sparkling for a bright and breezy head in the morning.
More low or on-alcoholic options include No-jito, Elderflower Spritz and Flower Garden, a team favourite using Pentire Adrift botanical spirit, fresh lime juice and rose syrup to evoke a coastal summers day.
Small plates
Graze on some small plates whilst soaking up the last of the sun. Bay Bar has a snacks and small plates menu perfect for an evening bite whilst your attention is drawn seaward.
Choose from veggie nduja arancini, spider crab croquettes with a saffron aioli, padron peppers or beetroot hummus with warm flatbread to nibble al fresco.
