Our fitness suite is kitted out with Pulse cardio and resistance equipment, including treadmills, upright and recumbent lifecycles and cross trainers. Many even have TVs so you can stay entertained while you train. Want a specific YouTube routine? No problem, there’s internet access to keep you connected.

If you like a bit of competition, hop onto a Peloton bike to smash your goals and get on that leaderboard.

Supported workouts

Make the most of your gym time with Fistral Spa Personal Training Sessions. Our personal trainers are here to support your goals and cater to all abilities, from first time gym goers to athletes aiming to improve sports performance.

Personal Training sessions cost £20 for an hour. Group sessions up to 4 people are also available*.

Get involved at a class

Want to find your tribe? Fitness classes are included in your spa and gym membership. Check out our weekly schedule and find your community of like-minded members. From boxing and HITT for strength and conditioning, to yoga and Pilates for balance and mobility, our classes energise the body and calm the mind.
