Start strong with indulgent dishes including Minestrone elevated with artichoke pesto, savoury Pumpkin & Cinnamon Filo Tart, classic Duck Parfait with Seville orange, decadent Ox Cheek stuffed pasta with truffle jus, elegant Bream with ratatouille and shellfish bisque, fragrant Confit Salmon with lemongrass broth and yuzu, and subtly spiced Vegan Nduja Arancini.
