The opening act
Spring starters are all about colour. Go classic with Minestrone lifted by artichoke pesto and pecorino Romano, or opt for the Sweetcorn Fritter with spiced corn velouté and Cajun popcorn. Seafood lovers can keep it coastal with Bream, ratatouille and shellfish bisque, while Confit Salmon arrives in lemongrass broth with yuzu and pistachio. The main event
