When asked about this accomplishment Kerr stated, "Achieving 2 AA Rosettes really means the world to myself and my team. When I started working at Fistral Beach Hotel in 2019, I started building a new team of chefs based on the common goal of bringing Dune restaurant up to such calibre. This achievement is truly a testament to the team of chefs and the foodie culture that we have managed to build within the kitchen, and none of this would have been possible without them! Looking forward, our goal is to never grow complacent and always explore to elevate the food and experience for our guests."
