Alongside the award-winning, handmade product range itself, we're launching a new wave of treatments, rituals, therapies, spa days and spa breaks as this is the year for wellness at Fistral and we'd love for you to join us...

THE PRODUCT RANGE
Inspired by Gaia, the ancient Greek goddess of nature “Mother Earth”, the range is handmade in Britain using traditional production methods, blending together the finest ingredients and essential oils and are at least 95% natural. Free from parabens and sulphates, synthetic colours or fragrances and none of the products have been tested on animals. With a respect for the earth, Gaia Skincare uses a minimum of plastic and chooses recycled materials wherever possible including bamboo and glass. For the amenities range beautiful and practically designed dispensers, rather than small bottles, means even less impact on the environment, providing the high functionality and ease of use for both housekeepers and the guests.

THE TREATMENTS
Gaia treatments have been created to meet the varied needs of modern individuals, using effective natural ingredients and highly skilled therapeutic techniques, performed by fully qualified Gaia Spa Therapists. The Gaia Rituals are designed to identify three levels of the importance of a person’s wellbeing recognising this as a holistic one in which the total person is treated across mental, physical and spiritual domains. All Gaia Rituals start with a welcome foot ritual and consultation followed by aftercare advice and a Gaia tea. Fistral Spa already have adopted the bespoke Ocean Gaia Ritual but then welcome the Gaia Raindrop Therapy and Gaia Crystal Therapy for 2019. The Gaia signature treatments incorporate Gaia’s Awakening, Balancing and Calming oil blends, ensuring the treatment is tailored to the needs of the guest. Signature treatments include the Gaia Back Ritual, Gaia Poultice Massage, Gaia Hot Stone Massage (Back, Neck and Shoulder), Gaia Hot Stone Massage (Full Body and Scalp), Gaia Hot Stone Massage (Full Body), Gaia Jade Facial, Mother Gaia (pre and post-natal) Indian Head and Reflexology.
