It's finally time to check in and chill out.
As we write this, the familiar and vibrant sounds of guests checking in for those long-awaited rejuvenating escapes is filtering around the hotel. It’s a sound we’ve so sorely missed and we’re relishing every moment of this, the first day this year that we’ve been able to throw open our doors and welcome you all back.
As the weather begins to warm up, we’re looking forward to summer beach adventures, long lazy afternoons in the spa and soaking up the sea views from our Dune Restaurant and Bay Bar – why not treat yourself to our five-course tasting menu for a true celebration of sensational seasonal food? From creamy burrata, heirloom tomatoes, courgette, and basil foam to picked white crab in a brown crab custard, accompanied by pink grapefruit, mint and tuile.
This year is all about balance and encouraging wellness. After this last year, we’re ready to celebrate life to its fullest and ensure our guests can make the most of their quality time with our new-look gym and fitness suite, indulgent spa, and nutritious menus to feed the mind, body, and soul.
