The past year has undoubtedly placed a lot of extra stress and pressure on people from juggling working from your dining table whilst trying to home school; it’s important to stay healthy so we are encouraging all to take part in The 30 Day Challenge to increase positivity, encourage kindness and regain balance.
With our hotel and spa reopening from 17th May, we are encouraging people to use this month to plan ahead with a focus on reducing stress and encouraging wellness throughout 2021.
Quality Time Anyone else in need of an escape? We appreciate that the last year has been difficult due to a reduction of social time with family and friends, however as we head into the Summer and the easing of restrictions it’s important to have things planned to look forward to (which we’re sure you’ll agree.)
